India, Afghanistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Oman, Qatar, Iraq, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Portugal, Turkey, South Africa, Algeria, Tunisia and Kenya are among the countries invited to attend the ceremony.
